

I draw from practices focused on the embodied experience of the whole person. I also take a trauma-informed approach that prioritizes a sense of safety and agency. Specific practices include mindfulness-based therapy, nature-based therapy, and inner parts work.
My clients appreciate this space to gain a more nurturing and understanding relationship with themselves and the mindfulness strategies that we can practice together.
I meet clients in person at my Ann Arbor office or outdoors at a local park. While I primarily meet with clients in person, I can also offer online sessions when needed.
Areas of focus include depression, anxiety, complex trauma, adult ADHD, grief, chronic illness, and chronic pain. However, my client's needs and unique stories guide our work together much more than symptoms. I have a masters degree in Clinical Psychology and undergraduate degrees in Neuroscience and Music.

If you will not be using insurance, self-pay is generally $125 per session.
However, I typically have a few openings with sliding scale fees of $75 for a 50-minute session or $85 for a 60-minute session (sessions are weekly or twice per month). These options are available to clients who are not insured or have catastrophic, high-deductible insurance.
