Therapy opens a unique space for honesty and authenticity. I facilitate personal growth and meaning through times of struggle, pain, and change. My clients' experiences and inner wisdom guide our work together. This leads to greater self-awareness and an understanding of what is uniquely needed for each client’s healing.
I take a humanistic approach to therapy, which centers wholeness and healing more than specific diagnoses. I have experience working with adult and adolescent clients seeking support with a wide range of issues including: depression, anxiety, effects of trauma and violence, grief and loss, relationships, life changes, and high stress or abuse at home, work, or school.
A trusting relationship with a therapist who listens deeply promotes healing for individuals as well as the relationships and communities that connect us. I cultivate a space to speak authentically about trauma and systems of oppression that affect us daily. I would be honored to plant seeds of healing and wholeness with you.
In Michigan, a Temporary Limited Licensed Psychologist like myself practices under the supervision of a Licensed Psychologist. I practice under the supervision of Dr. Johanna Buzolits at Arbor Wellness Center.
